Perspective • Direction • Empowerment •Action

Direction emerges from insight and values.
Empowerment is fueled by motivation and determination.
Action in the world emerges out of these three elements of efficacy.

Actualizing Your Vision Requires Effective Action In The World
Effective action in the world today requires curiosity, insight, and determination. Throughout much of the 20th century success could be obtained via superior technical skills. In the late 20th century advancement required vision and value leadership.

Ascendance in the 21th century requires cultivation of potential through adaptiveness, insightfulness, and determination. Being a vision-value driven leader with superior abilities is foundational. However, being highly intelligent and skilled is insufficient for maximum effective action in the world today. Developing your capacity for emergent action in an ever changing environment requires cultivating potential.

Fully actualizing your potential in the 21st century demands having the capacity for insight and perspectivism that is grounded in self-awareness. Self-awareness combined with effective emotional communication and the ability to work in diverse environments are requisite for manifesting your potential.

The attributes required for Full-Potential Actualization can be developed and cultivated. Through advances in interpersonal and developmental psychology, as well as cognitive science, we now have tools that can be used to enhance the capacities needed to thrive in the 21st century. These attributes include:

  • Openness to the diversity of experience
  • Emotional Intelligence
